Does anyone have a good seafood gumbo recipe that is core? Thanks a bunch. Bev

Your best bet is to "core-ize" a recipe. Find one that looks good then use core ingredients instead.
Milk or cream--use evap. skim or soy milk
sugar--use splenda
brown rice instead of white
2 Tbsp. of flour adds very little points per serving
not sure what else may go into gumbo, but clear broths, seafood and veggies are all core.
