Not sure if this is the correct spot for this but I'll post it anyways.
I just picked up a can of Chipotle Peppers in Adobo sauce for my turkey chili.
2 tsp extra-virgin olive oil 2 pounds ground turkey breast 1 medium onion, chopped 3 cloves garlic, chopped 1 rounded tablespoon chili powder, a palm full 2 chipotles in adobo, chopped Salt 2 cups chicken stock 2 (28-ounce) can chopped stewed tomatoes 2 cans spicy chili beans w/liquid 1 can black beans w/liquid
Heat deep skillet or wide pot over medium high heat. Add oil and turkey. Crumble meat as it cooks, 3 minutes. Add the onions and garlic, chili powder, and chipotle. Cook another 5 minutes. Season with salt. . Add the stock, tomatoes, and beans and bring to a bubble. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.

I made this tonight. It's very tasty, but I think the chipotle peppers are a little overpowering. Maybe it's because i used extra, though. And I didn't have spicy chili beans, I just used red kidney beans. Overall, it's good, though. Served over polenta. Next time I'll use less peppers!
