A poster by the name of hokypoky91 on the WW boards posted this recipe - I made it today and it is *very* good and easy to make. I am wimpy and only used 2 tsp of chili powder, although I will use a bit more next time.
************ hokypoky91's post:
Here's the copycat recipe for Wendy's chili. Just use lean ground beef and it's CORE. And also tastes just like Wendy's - I make it all the time!
1 pound 95% lean ground beef 1 - 14.5 Oz. can tomato sauce 1 - 14.5 Oz. can kidney beans (with liquid) 1 - 14.5 Oz. can pinto beans (with liquid) 1/2 cup diced onion 1/4 cup diced green chilies 1/4 cup diced celery 2 medium tomatoes, chopped 1 teaspoon cumin powder 2 tablespoons chili powder (I use less) 1 teaspoon black pepper 2 teaspoons salt 1 cup water
1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat; drain off the fat.
2. Using a fork, crumble the cooked beef into pea-size pieces.
3. In a large pot, combine the beef plus all the remaining ingredients, and bring to a simmer over low heat. Cook, stirring every 15 minutes, for 2 to 3 hours.
Makes about 12 servings.
Also good in the crock!

I made this today in the crockpot and it was delicious! Instead of the two tomatoes tho I used one can of Del Monte Zesty Chili diced tomatoes.

haven't done too much crocking. would you still need to brown the beef or ground turkey before putting in the crock pot?
