Ginger Soy Salmon
2 salmon fillets 1/2 cup soy sauce 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar 1 packet splenda 4 tsp. olive oil 2 tbsp. minced fresh ginger 3 minced garlic cloves
Mix up marinade ingredients (everything except salmon) in a shallow dish. Immerse salmon and marinate for 30 minutes. Place marinated salmon on broiler rack, broil on high for 4-5 minutes each side until browned.
