Dilled Broccoli Salad
3 heads broccoli 1/4 c chopped onion ½ cup pimento-stuffed green olives, sliced 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped 1 ½ cup sliced celery 1 Tbs. lemon juice 1 tsp. dill weed 1 cup fat free mayonnaise 1 head Boston lettuce
Cut broccoli into 3 inch spears. Cook broccoli until tender-crisp, about 3 minutes. Drain well.
Place in bowl broccoli, onions, eggs, and celery. Combine lemon juice, dill weed, and mayo. Stir dressing into broccoli mixture. Chill 4 hours. Serve in a Boston lettuce cup.

Thanks so much for this recipe! I love broccoli.. and love the flavor of dill but hadn't ever thought to combine them! Thanks again!
