Had this for lunch today - very good!
canned chicken breast (or you could use poached diced chicken breast) fat-free mayo (to desired consistency) 1 chopped red delicious apple (or apple of your choice) 1 oz. raisins (I'm counting 1 pt per serving) 1 tsp. curry powder
Mix, and then either spread on multi-grain bread (use points) or wrap in romaine lettuce leaves.

:-*Grapes are wonderful in Chicken Salad. My SIL made hers with grapes and I was surprised how great it was.
