This is a staple for lunch for me. When I make cous cous, brown & wild rice blend...I keep dumping the leftovers in the same bowl......with left over veggies...in about three days you have a great salad! It doesn't have to be these exact things......but an example
Cous Cous (left over) Brown & Wild Rice Blend (left over) Canadian Bacon (left over "fried") Corn (left over) Black Beans (left over) peas (left over) ADD to the left overs, chopped red peppers, chopped red onion, chopped black olives.
Dress with EITHER; Rice Wine Vinegar, and mix OR FF sour Cream and Salsa mixed

Hey thats a great idea!! Better than throwing out leftovers I never eat!! ;D My DBF always said I have a weird taste when it comes to food!! I'm not picky-I'll eat almost anything!! LOL
