It's f/f milk, and it's not a food, so I can't see why not?

Well, *I* would just count it as a core drink and drink it. I didn't think there was a limit to how many snacks you could have under the new core, just what kinds of food counted. So does it matter if you call it a snack or not?
But in any case, I went back and checked and "fat free milk" is listed under snack time foods. So enjoy that latté whenever you want as far as I'm concerned! ;D
