What does everyone snack on during the day besides fruits & veggies? Thanks

mostly fruit and veggies, but also 100cal packs cookies, or crackers, core popcorn, WW ice cream treats. How about a smoothie, or sf jello, or sfff pudding. I like something sweet more often than salty crunchy so these things work for me.

It depens on if I am sticking with Core or slipping from it. However...good Core snacks are: *yogurt with fruit *smoothies *diet soda *iced tea or iced coffee *ice with coffee and nonfat milk put into blender with or without cocoa and sweetener *popcorn or just about any food that is leftover in the frig that seems to call your name

What everyone else said--plus frozen berries! I find that a package of frozen strawberries or blackberries not only ensures that I don't run out of fruit, it's also a sweet treat that slows me down. Can't eat frozen berries too quickly!

three egg whites + one whole egg...scrambled with some salt on top. sounds weird but keeps me out of the snack bowl before dinner mostly because it's high in protein.
