do you use your 35 WP on sweet stuff or what? Perhaps I am still eating too much of it. I use my points for a bit of chocolate a DQ ice cream cone and some llittle candies and cookies and for a few bread bits.
But perhaps I am alone in this. So tell, do you do much sweet?

I would say the majority of my 35 WPA are also used on sweet stuff, and things like pretzles or crackers and ww tortillia shells. I do like the 100 cal packs of oreos and chips ahoy, and the WW cookies & cream ice cream bars. I try not to have any one sweet treat over 3 or 4 points at a time.

Last week I decided to give up sweets for a while as I found myself eating too much! It's been a little easier than I thought it would be. If I can make it a week I'll reward myself with a WW snack cake (if I want it) and then I'll try for another week. I don't know how/when I'll introduce sweets fully again as I have no intention of forever giving them up but I need to get some control over them.

I probably use half for sweets and half for bread or cheese

Sweets? Who me???
I don't have them in the house...or so I thought. The other day I found some leftover Christmas candies in the back of my party refrigerator. I had a chocolate-covered cherry (homemade). Just one.
You know, it kind of hit the spot.
I do think I'm better off to have a little than none, because I seem to over-eat if I don't have anything.
I do like a little "dessert" made with fruit, however.

I like something sweet as dessert or a snack. Usually fruit does the trick.
When I want something really sweet, I find if I have something really good, like a piece of homemade candy, I can be satisfied with that. If I have something with a lot of fake stuff in it, like SF pudding or skinny cow, then the whole package is not enough.
Yesterday, at work, I pinched a small piece off a donut, and if I didn't get the box out of the office right then, I would have eaten a lot more.
When I'm doing my best, my WPAs go for nuts and honey in my hot cereal, bread or tortillas, homemeade muffin, crackers with soup, or the occasional meal out. I eat in an employee lunchroom at work and the choices there are somewhat limited, so I take my own salad dressing, cottage cheese, fruit, etc.

I'm pretty happy with a SF, FF pudding to satisfy my sweets cravings. Most of the time. And it's a good thing that's Core, because I really do need something sweet every day. Like I said, though, that's *most* of the time.
This was my first week on Core, and most of my WPAs went toward wine over the weekend, peanut butter, and nuts. When I'm PMSing, I know I'm going to need something more solid for a sweet snack, so I'll use some WPAs for a cupcake.

I am also usually happy with sf ff pudding, a hot fruit crumble made with oatmeal and brown sugar Splenda, or a chopped banana and ff Cool Whip (0 pts under 2 tbs).
But there are occasions when cookies call my name and I answer. ;>
Most of my points are on sushi, pho, or other non-sweet carbs.
