I came to the board to see if anyone is still here...and woe is me...things are very quiet.
I decided to start a challenge that will run from the first of September through Halloween. That gives us 2 solid months to accomplish great things.
Checking in will keep us accountable.
For those of us returning to Core...this could be the beginning of something good/wonderful.

I have one day under my belt and did quite well. The scale did move down 1 pound since I started (1 day back on program) so I am encouraged to continue. Now to go post on my journal page. I hope some others come and join in!

Day two now...and the scale is moving...I am no longer in the 190's and am down in the 180's...by the end of two months anything may happen!

DAY 3
weight today is definitely staying in the 180's and down 0.4 pounds overnight...Core is working for me and having a light evening meal seems to be a good idea, too. Not eating when not hungry is rather a wise thing...used to eat at meal times even if not hungry as a matter of course but now am trying to listen to my body more.

Almost a week back on program...not quite 100% Core every day but did drop about 2 pounds this week so am happy with that. Being in the 180's is so much nicer than the 190's.

Checking in...had a not so great time between now and last post but am back on track and doing well...will check in later and hopefully by then be back into the 180's again since the weight crept back up again. It is so much easier to gain than lose! Back on track again and losing as a result...this time hoping to get to the 170s and not just the 180s before any gain is seen on the scale
