AAAGH. First week on Core. I GAINED .02 LB. I switched from Flex because I felt I was in a plateau. Feeling great about cutting out sugar, most carbs etc. Made core recipes. The whole shebang and I GAINED! Reading all these entries of 2-3 lb weight loss the first week on core. So what am I doing wrong? Check my food journal. I don't have a clue.

Hey Kaydee don't throw in the towel yet!!! I was the same way when I started core. I had a small gain the first week and then started having 2-3 pound lose a week(not every week). I don't know what it is, my body holds still the first week on any diet, even when I make a change(like going from flex to core). My first week on WW they were having a special promotion. Lose weight the first week or your money back(the weekly fee). Well, I got my money back!!!! Your menus look awesome, are you drinking enough water? Did you start exercising more?(muscle weighs more than fat). What other changes have you made other than the food you are eating? Is that time of the month anywhere near? Did you eat Chinese food or any high sodium meal 2 days before weigh in? If I eat Chinese on Monday, the water retention will hit me on Wednesday. Hang in there, the scale will start moving again!!
