Hi! I'm gearing up to begin CORE and thought I'd join these boards and try to gather as much info and food/meal ideas that I can!! I've been doing WW for a number of years, with past success, but this time around (for about 3 years since dd was born) I can't seem to lose the weight on flex - so I want to give CORE a try since my main problem is being so HUNGRY!! when I eat something and write it down and then see that I only have like 5 points left, and it's not even dinner time, I cringe! Welcome, welcome! I think core is great because we're eating mostly healthful foods that are satisfying. I make and eat way more fresh fruit and whole grains now. Enjoy and glad to see you here!
