Hi - I am very new to Core (just started yesterday!) Anyway, I am really confused about the 94% FF Popcorn thing! I just assumed that any popcorn regardless of flavor was allowed as long as it was the 94% FF variety. I was reading some conflicting advice on the WW Board stating that the 94% FF Kettle Corn was NOT allowed on Core - Is this correct?
I figured I would come here and ask all of you - since you are the real Core Experts! ;D
Thanks and I apologize if this is a repeat question.

Sorry...kettle corn is not core but if you like it, you can always use your points for it. Welcome to core....enjoy the journey

Also, you CAN add your own core stuff (Splenda, brown sugar Splenda, cinnamin etc.) to that popcorn. I think it's the same principle as ff/sf yogurt: you're less likely to gorge on it if you have to do it yourself.

that's correct. If it is kettle corn, it's NOT core. Movie popcorn is also NOT CORe. It's only the 94% fat free. But isn't it great you can have it more than once a day if you like!

Going to lunch with co workers for birthday luncheon. Barney's has a Chilli Size with chilli & beans over a Turkey, Veggie or Black Bean Patty. If I choose Veggie would this meal be considered a core meal?

There is a chance the veggie patty is CORE. But my GUESS is..the chili with beans is not.
To be a CORE chile the beans have to be rinsed and drained. (no added sauces) and I am guessing they dump in the beans with the sauce.
