Is FF milk limited on Core? I love a non-fat steamer at the coffee shop (latte without the espresso). I like it with hazlenut syrup, but I will begin using the SF syrups. So, if I get a 16 oz steamer, will I need to use points if I have milk later in the day since I will have already had 2 cups of milk?  |

Hi Yoyogirl! I think that's only true of oil. All my material indicates that ff milk is unlimited on core and that's how I've been counting it.  Sometimes I put a cup of ff milk in the microwave at night and add a little almond extract. Yum. |
