Serving Size-Fruits and Vegt.

Hi-

I am confused again (not the first time not the last). What is a serving size for fruits and vegetables?? I thought it was a cup but my leader says it is a 1/2 cup. At least if it is a 1/2 cup I have been over eating my fruits and vegetables which isn't a bad thing.

Welcome Sherri! A serving of fruits & veggies is 1/2 cup for all but leafy greens. For them a serving is a full cup. I think the confusion results from WW listing 0 point veggies in 1 cup portions. Good luck to you!
