I saw Vanilla Puffed Wheat in the store this weekend. One point per serving, but it's also core!!
They took out the almonds to make it core it looks like. It was over $4 for one box so I didn't buy it - hopefully it goes on sale - I'd like to try it - I loved the version before this one.

Thanks for posting this. I might try it if I see it, though I do love my oatmeal!

I thought it was pretty good. Reminded me of Sugar Smacks. (I think that's what they were called - I don't think they make them any more)

I like to put a little of this in my yogurt or pudding for the crunch.

Tried 2 of their boxes of cereal and it was like eating cardboard. Surely will not waste my money again

Okay everyone. I have been eating Barbara's Shredded wheat (100% whole wheat - no sugar) ever since I started core. I just eat it with milk and if I have fruit that as well. It comes shaped like these these big pin wheels.
Two of those wheels hold me until lunch with no problem.
It is core, isn't it?

Whole grain + no sugar? I think that qualifies as core!
