Someone posted this under the other bread thread in here, and it reminded me of how good I thought these were! They have MUCH better flavor and texture than any of the other light english muffins I have, and they're nice and moist like regular muffins - I've found the CK and WW light ones to be rather dry and flavorless.
I highly recommend them!!

I like the whole wheat English muffins. Even though they are 2 points, I feel better eating whole grains.

I was pretty sure the multi lights were 1 point ... i thought they were 80 cals with fiber.
Will double check and get back to you.

Cris, I thought they calculated to 1 pt also. I think these are really good too. But really hard to find in our area.

I think Tina means the regular whole-wheat Thomas', which are 2 points. The Light version, which are multi-grain but not whole-wheat, are 1 pt.

Ooops. Sorry for the confusion. I meant the whole wheat muffins; they are not light. Last time I checked the packages, the light multigrain were not 100% whole grain but were only 1 point.

Aha! Leave it to me to create more confusion by mis-reading the post! Thanks for working out the mystery, guys!

I absolutly love these! I've had to cut back on buying them, LOL...I was eating 4 a day easily...they're so much better than any other english muffin i've had...much more flavor and 8 grams of fiber each! totally worth the 1 point!

I love these toasted with Laughing Cow cheese spread on them and a pinch of Splenda brown sugar, then stick them in the toaster oven to melt the cheese. You can almost think it is a danish.
