Good Morning! I am in a RUT! My high 3 years ago was 235 - I've made it to 170-175. I and not help but see PHANTOM fat!
To give you a little b/g: I was married for 8 years and when I started to lose - the hubby got funny, I gained more confidence and ended up leaving him. Goes to show - it IS what is eating you ;D (I am 35)
Since the whole divorce thing last year- I have had a goal - I WILL go to Cancun!
BUT - All I see is phantom fat and I have lost my desire to exercise. I stil eat right - for the most part. I have learned to stay clear (most of the time) of sugars and that bread-basket.
I re-joined WW and am sticking to CORE. ANY suggestions on motivations for the exercise?

All I can tell you is to take the first step. Put on your walking shoes and get moving. That's what I had to do....and now I love it!
