Do you get on the scale every day?
If so, join me here and record your weght every day.
This may sound silly.....but might just help all of us to see that everyone's daily weight bounces around a lot....and is influenced by so many things. And, it might just help us to be more accountable to ourselves.

Good Morning All !!!
I hope others may be interested in joining me on this thread. I saw it on the WW site and really thought it was interesting.
Just was reading my e-mails. Got such a cute one on the correct way to weigh on a scale.
Put the scale on the ceiling and stand on it! You have to use your imagination....the cartoon was really cute!!
I have been on Core since 260 lbs....but only have been keeping track daily as posted below:
9/04... 223 9/12... 219 9/13... 219.5 9/14... 219.5 9/15....218.5 9/16....219
yoyo! Interesting to know what tomorrow will bring!!
Continuing with my mini exercises...5 min. here and there. Not really agressive....but better than nothing!!

Weird! I was so busy yesterday....did NO exercise....and I am down in weight!
I made homemade chicken soup and delivered some to 2 very ill friends, and made Diet Pepsi Chicken dinner for us. Best dinner ever!!!

Well....What a surprise!!!
I feel like a balloon!! Made WW friendly chili yesterday and had a couple of bowls for dinner....must have been tons and tons of sodium in it......ughhh...

I really drank lots of water the last 2 days and watched my sodium consumption.

I have been out of town again for a few days...stayed on program....so I thought...and am up in weight!! Feel pretty bloated, so hope this is just temporary!!

Marcia....hang in there...HIHO...you'll break this plateau...your latest 2 lbs. may be more sodium since you were out of town, plus water retention....you will probably lose it by tomorrow!
Get that water and exercise in and shake it up a bit1
See this weighing almost every day.... ;D can drive ya nuts! Don't be discouraged...your stats are excellent.

Have decided to count points like Flex and stay on Core. Seems I really have been eating past satisfaction....hopefully this will break this plateau!!
Not weighing again for a few days!

Marcia - your body can fluctuate so much for so many reasons that you are really not getting an accurate weight for yourself each day. Maybe try and wean yourself down to 3 times a week? I only weigh in at my Friday morning meeting, I tossed my scale out the window!
Don't be too hard on yourself! Your stats are amazing.
