Hey all you great Lifetimers and Maintainers!!! How are you all doing?? I've been kind of MIA on this board mostly because this Core maintainance thing is SO DANG EASY!!!!! ;D How are YOU doing maintaining on Core?? Anyone have any issues or questions?? If you have time, take a minute to check-in here and share your progress as a Core Lifetimer and/or maintainer. Monica

I am so pleased with myself on maintenance - I feel like you Monica. It's so easy! In fact, I just spent a week on vacation in St. Lucia and managed to lose 2 more pounds! I now have the attitude that vacation does NOT revolve around food. There are always good choices wherever you go. I think my metabolism has actually changed from what it used to be. So I just do the best I can when I'm in a situation I can't control. And when I get home I go back to my Core way of eating.

Hi! I'm a Lifetime newbie - just made it at WI this past Wednesday. I would like to lose another 5 pounds before starting Maintenance and I've gotta admit that I'm a little afraid of maintenance. I'm so programmed to lose and don't want to take any chances of losing ground. I won't worry about it too much until I lose these last 5 pounds, but I'll be hanging out here on this board (Lifetime/Maintnenance) for tips and insight so I can be prepared. Thanks for the inspiration!

On 3/6, I had to pay for my first meeting since 9/12, since I was 3 pounds over goal on the first meeting of the month. I was really strict for a week, and was back down to within 2 pounds of goal by the next meeting on 3/13, which is fine with me. I was expecting to pay that week because I had been lax with the program. Although you can be lax with the program while maintaining and still be fine, you still have to be careful and nip it in the bud if you start to gain.
