So I was up a pound at weigh-in yesterday. No biggie. I have some wiggle room. But I got to thinking about it. I have basically been sticking to the same foods as I had been eating all along. Not very many extra wpa's.So why the gain?
The only thing that has changed is my exercise. Ever since I was sick and missed a week, I have been a little lazy about it - finding excuses or something else to do. Lightbulb moment? I know that my exercising has played as large a part in my successful weight loss as my eating. I know that exercise is probably THE most important thing to continue if I want to keep the weight off. So hit me over the head with a hammer!
I did my exercises this morning!!!

Rita, well my hand is still a litte sore from slapping around Jojo into exercise submission.........but hey, if you insist!!!!!!! Exercise is not only good for our bodies, I believe it is equally good for our minds, moods, and over all well-being. We feel GREAT after exercising and there aren't a lot of things we can do that are 100% for us these days. People can do things for you that make you feel good, but NO ONE can exercise for you!! Good job exercising today!!!!!!!!!!! Keep up the good work and I'll put away my hammer!! Monica
