1 can black beans drained and rinsed 1 can rotel tomatoes and green chilles to taste: onion worchestershire sauce garlic beef or veggie boullion (I used 2 packes of Herb-ox beef ) Put all ingredients into a blender and puree. Pour into a large mixing bowl and add 2 C oatmeal Let sit 10-15 min to absorb liquid. Make into 10 patties and fry in olive oil. These freeze really well, reheat in microwave. I found that after making the patties by letting them dry for a bit before frying them, they weren't as crumbly. I served mine on a light hamburger bun with ff sourcream, ff cheddar cheese and salsa. These are wonderful. Core or 1pt each Enjoy

Thanks for sharing. I'll have to try these with vegetarian worchestershire.
