Does anyone have a roasted leek recipe

I just cut them into 3" lengths, and then cut each 3" piece into half, and then each half into thirds (does that make sense?). Toss with a bit of salt and a teaspoon of olive oil, spread on a cookie sheet, and roast in a hot oven (450 deg) till brown and crispy. It tastes great if you put in some mushrooms alongside the leeks, and toss them together at the end.
