Ingredients: 2 oz. firm tofu 1 cup fresh bell pepper 1 tsp. ginger root 1/2 cup chopped onion 1/3 tsp. sesame oil 1 tsp. lite soy sauce Directions: Drain and cube tofu. Grate ginger root; chop pepper.
Combine chopped onions, pepper and tofu with ginger.
In a non-stick skillet, heat oil on medium high. When hot, use cooking brush to assure that oil covers entire surface of the skillet.
Sauté all ingredients about 3 minutes, or until tofu becomes slightly golden. Serve.
