Ingredients: 2 green onions 4 oz. salmon filet 5 tsp. balsamic vinegar 1/4 cup white wine ---keep worth the pt for the flavor
Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Rinse and chop scallions. Place filet in baking dish, sprinkle with scallions and pour balsamic vinegar and wine on top.
Bake filet for about 10 minutes for every inch of thickness. Watch careful not to overcook. Serve
