Ingredients: 3 oz. low sodium, cooked & sliced turkey breast 1/2 large celery stalk 2 tbsp. nonfat, plain yogurt 1/4 tsp. curry powder 1/4 tsp. ground ginger 1/4 tsp. thyme 2 tbsp.raisins *** count 1 WPA 1 cup mixed salad greens 1 tbsp. sliced almonds Directions: Chop turkey and set aside. Rinse and dice celery.
Combine yogurt with curry, ginger and thyme and mix well; stir in raisins and refrigerate at least 15 minutes for flavors to blend.
Combine turkey and celery with yogurt mixture until thoroughly mixed.
Place salad greens on plate, top with turkey salad and sprinkle with sliced almonds. Serve.
I mean you gotta have the raisins!!! It's worth the point.

yoga bug this sounds awesome but are we allowed to have almonds? It's the start of my 4th week of core so please bear with me

Almonds are not core. You are allowed to have them but you have to count points for them.
