Ingredients: 1 cup Brussels sprouts 1/2 medium apple 1/3 tbsp. olive oil Directions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Rinse and clean sprouts, but leave whole. Peel and cut apple into fourths. Toss sprouts with apple and olive oil. Cover a baking pan with aluminum foil and spread sprouts mixture evenly; roast for about 15-20 minutes until done. Serve.
