Ingredients: 3 tbsp. canned chickpeas, (garbanzo beans) 3 tbsp. canned black beans, rinsed and drained 3 tbsp. canned kidney beans 1/2 clove garlic 1/3 tbsp. olive oil 1/3 tbsp. fresh lemon juice Directions: Rinse and drain beans to remove excess sodium. Mix beans together in a salad bowl.
Mince garlic and mix in a small container with oil and lemon juice. Toss beans with garlic dressing and serve.
