Divide into 4. Package 3 of the 4 up, you'll use them on different days.
1. Mix one portion with a dash of terriyaki sauce and some diced onions and green peppers. Grill, broil or pan-fry. Eat on a light bun for 1 WPA with one potato cooked as oven fries.
2. Mix one portion with 1/2 a small onion (diced), a squirt of ketchup, an egg white, 1T quick cook oatmeal, salt and pepper to taste. Press into a muffin tin (should make 2 muffins) and bake at 450 until cooked through (about 15 minutes).
3. Mix one portion w/ 1T parm cheese (0points) and 1/2tsp garlic powder, and 1T quick cook oatmeal. Form into balls and broil until done, turning once. You can also pan-fry. Put your fresh meatballs on top of a pile of whole wheat pasta and some tomato sauce.
4. Pan fry one portion to make meat crumbles. Mix w/ 1T taco seasoning mix (from a packet) and 3T water and cook until sauce thickens. Use in ff tortillas (WPAs) or on top of a bed of greens with appropriate taco toppings.
5. Mix one portion with sausage seasonings to make turkey breakfast sausage.
6. Pan fry one portion with 1/2 a small diced onion, and a dash of garlic until cooked in crumbles. Put on a plate and top with warmed whole kernel corn and mashed potato for shepherd's pie for one.
7. The all-familiar crumbles. Cook em up. Mix w/ 2T canned ff brown gravy. Heat through. Pour over mashed potatoes. (Altered version of my mom's hamburg gravy we used to eat all the time as kids)
Hope this helps!

These are great ideas. But what kind of seasoning do you use for the breakfast suasage?
