4 oz. tuna steak 1/2 tbsp. olive oil 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/4 tsp. paprika Directions: Combine olive oil, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl. Place tuna steak on grill (indoor or outdoor grill) and baste fish with prepared sauce. Sprinkle with paprika. Cook tuna steak for about 5-6 minutes. Turn and baste other side with sauce and sprinkle with paprika; cook another 5-6 minutes until tuna has a slightly pink center. Serve
