I buy the frozen tilapia fillets that are cryovaced. Two small ones makes a nice portion. Heat the grill to high. Spray both sides of frozen fillets with Pam and sprinkle with garlic salt or your favorite seasoned salt. Grill 7 to 10 minutes or until flaky and a little brown. Finish with a squeeze of lemon juice and top with Core tartar sauce or salsa.

My GF grill is too small to make enough Tilapia at one time for my family but I agree - Tilapia is SUPER TASTY grilled. And it cooks up quick from the frozen state. My family's favorite fish!

I get the large bags od frozen tilapia from Sam's. Each piece is bagged individually - really handy for a quick lunch or dinner. They defrost in 5 minutes under running water.
I like to saute them in a non-stick pan sprayed with lemon-flavoured PAM; 2-3 minutes a side and it's done.
Sometimes I saute tomatoes and onios together using a flavoured Pam or a little oil, then top with the fish, pop a lid on, turn down to low and let the fish steam on top of the veggies. That's a one-pot supper right there!

That sounds great Rosemary. I was thinking yesterday that my favorite dish at Maggiano's is a grilled tilapia served over a bed of sauteed fresh spinach with a sauce of olive oil. lemon juice and capers. How much more Core could that be?

It worked! I cooked the tilapia filet in the GF grill. Then in a saute pan in 1 tsp olive oil, I cooked a large handful of fresh baby spinach. Seasoned with garlic salt. When it was done, I topped with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and a tbsp of capers. Put the filet over the spinach/capers and it was wonderful.
