TEXT Garlic Herb Potato TEXT 1 Baking Potato, scrubbed 1 1/2 tsp. finely chopped sage or any fresh herb 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/4 tsp. cracked black pepper 2 tsp. Olive Oil Heat oven to 500. In a pie place, combine oil, sage, salt and pepper. Cut potato in half lengthwise and with a knife score cut surface in diamond patterns. Press into the spice and shake off. Place cut side up on a baking pan and sprinkle remaining spice over. Roast for 20 minutes or until tender. Side dish for 2 meals or main dish for 1 meal. Adjusted from WW Cookbook 2005.
