I have tried the search options, and still can't find the recipe for cream of wheat pudding. Can someone help? Thanks.

here ya go.... found it on the thread for breakfasts....... Cream of Wheat Pudding 1 cup skim milk 3 tbsp cream of wheat (quick cooking 3 minute) 1 egg splash of Vanilla 1tbps Splenda (from the box) 1. Spray small saucepan with cooking spray, add milk and heat until just about boiling. Becareful as it will burn and stick to the bottom of the pan. 2. Add cream of wheat and stir with a whisk for about 2 minutes. 3. In a small separate bowl combine egg, vanilla, and splenda. 4. Add egg mixture to the cream of wheat and cook for 1 minute longer or until thickend to your liking, and long enough for the egg to cook. Can be served hot or cold, I prefer it hot, and as a breakfast or desert. Sometimes in the evenings if I have a craving for something sweet I make this, as it is quick and easy!
