I asked this in the thread for old fashioned meatloaf under dinners/entrees, but gonna try asking here too!
If you use a muffin tin to bake meatloaf, I realize I'll need to cut about 30ish mins off of the cooking time. One thing I'm not sure of is: do I spray the pan with pam? I assume yes, but thought I'd make sure.

I would. I haven't tried it, but I would definitely spray the pan!

or you could use the foil muffin liners. I get them with a paper liner inbetween each foil liner. These work great for things that tend to really stick to a muffin pan.
