Just looking for hints and tips for cooking sweet potatoes and grouper. Anyone have a COREized sweet potato casserole type recipe?
I have a couple of grouper filets and am trying to figure out a good sauce and / or seasoning for them. I haven't experimented with fish much yet, so any suggestions will be greatly appreciated!

I suppose you cooked the grouper by now, but you can use any recipe for flounder or other fish fillet for grouper. If you search the dinner database, you should find something. I posted one for oven fried fish with tartar sauce that would work.
I can't help with the sweet potatoes. I usually eat them plain baked or occasionally, as oven fries. They are so good by themselves that I never saw the need to gussy them up, not when there are so many foods that need the help.

I agree with Lesley - any recipe for a mild white fish would work for grouper. And I love just plain baked sweet potatoes.

I have no ideas on the fish, but in the Turnaround cookbook (I believe) there's a recipe for a mixture of sweet & regular potatoes. It's a really good recipe--we've had it several times, and even a couple with fish.
