I was reading Bon Appetit while getting my hair cut and there was a recipe in the Passover section for a cauliflower/leek kugel. If anyone out there reads Bon Appetit, could you post the recipe? There wasn't anything else in the magazine that interested me so I don't want to buy it. The recipe looked like it could be made Core.
Thanks.

Lesley, is the recipe on the magazine's website? I think epicurious.com has recipes for both Gourmet and Bon Appetit, and they post the recipes as soon as the issue is on the stands. You can search that archive for any recipes that have appeared in the magazine over the last 15 or 20 years, plus more from other sources -- I use it all the time.
Hope that helps.

Thank you, Aruna. I checked epicurious right away, but while it had current recipes from Gourmet, I did not find any from Bon Appetit. I decided to buy the magazine this time, but I generally don't buy it or Gourmet and do use epicurious to search things out.
