I would like to get the measurements right to make this with dried ff milk, cocoa powder and Splenda. I have seen and tried all variations and I still can't seem to get it right. Please help.

I tried this just last weekend. It came out good, but was different than traditional coco - don't really know why or how to describe it, but it was a good, creamy hot drink. Just not what I was expecting.
I did the following: 2 tsp cocoa powder 1/3 cup nf dried milk 3 splenda packets (but do it to taste) a dash of cinnamon (optional - this gave it more of a spiced drink/mexican coco feel). 1 cup hot water
Mix all of the dried ingredients together in a cup first, then pour the hot water over them. Mix well and enjoy!
I played around to come up with this, but the 1/3 cup milk power to 1 cup water is the ratio given on the box to reconstitute the milk, so I played with that. Like I said, this didn't come out real coco-y, though, so might want to do less of those (1/4 cup milk to 6 oz. water?) and a bit more coco (1 TBS?) to see how that works. LEt me know if you perfect it!

saf2004, I tried your recipe, but used a little less water, the same amount of cocoa powder and used a little less than 1/2 c. of dried milk powder. I like the deep chocolate taste from the cocoa powder....like dark chocolate.....yum! Just what I was looking for!! Thanks for sharing....
