Does anyone have a core recipe for Spring Rolls? Love them, and want to know if I can make them core.

I don't think that any of the wrap would be core. Maybe doing the filling in some cabbage or just make a lettuce wrap? With that said, I have found some Spring rolls (or egg rolls, I've never known what the difference is) that are only 1 point for 3! They are mini, but 3 is pleanty. I got them at Costco. I'll go find out the brand etc. if you want me to...just ask : ) I've been using my wpa on these quite often. I LOVE them.

The filling would easily be Core (except if you have the noodles inside them), but the wraps themselves are not. However, the wraps are actually low in points (2 wraps for 1 pt?).
I've also found some egg rolls that are only 1 pt. in the freezer section. Very Tasty!

You know, the points calculator checks vietnamese spring rolls (the ones with the rice-paper wrapping) as core. So you may just be able to make them the traditional way, without the peanuts.
