I don't know how popular these are, but I went there this weekend and got the Ensenada (sp?) Chicken Platter. It was so good!
It's 2 chicken breasts with a side salad. The chicken has some really good spices on it and it comes with salsa and some creamy lime sauce (didn't eat it). They had FF Italian and FF Ranch too.

I always get the Chicken Fajita salad and ask for no dressing but salsa on the side. I count points for the tortilla strips and cheese (there isn't a lot of either), but you could have them make it without. Everything else is core!

Red Robin is particularly challenging as a core vegetarian. But my partner loves burgers, so we go there sometimes.
I've been really happy with the gardenburger patty. I also get a side salad (again, pts for tortilla strips and cheese or ask for it without).
The last time I was there, I asked for their sauteed veggies from the rice bowl. They offered to steam or grill them too. With my gardenburger patty, it made for a lovely and colorful meal.
I love how accomodating they are there too.

Hi,
I will be going to Red Robin on Sat. for lunch. So thanks for the suggestions.
How many points did you count for the tortilla strips and cheese?
Thanks

Well I scraped most of them to the side and then counted 2 pts for what was left. I try to overestimate a bit.
