I've decided that PF Chang's is very Core-friendly! Brown rice is available as an alternative to white rice. There are a number of healthy dishes with lots of steamed or stirfried vegetables. Plus, the NI on their web site is excellent: www.pfchangs.com/cuisine/menu_main.htmlI had a cup of hot & sour soup (1 point using Chang's NI), and Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon steamed with ginger, with brown rice. I counted the salmon dish as Core (NI below), but sticklers may like to be more careful about the fish sauce and the canola oil. ALASKAN SOCKEYE SALMON STEAMED WITH GINGER Served over stir-fried shiitake mushrooms, bok choy, tomatoes and asparagus. Is that true, 36 grams of fat Does this serve two or is it for one? I don't know about those fat grams but I know Salmon has fat and the oil, but that much Thanks for sharing it.

How about the chicken lettuce wraps? I don't know the NI, but they seem to be core - at least I hope so.

How about the chicken lettuce wraps? I don't know the NI, but they seem to be core - at least I hope so. Use the link in the first message to find the NI for the lettuce wraps (and any other PF Chang dish). CHANG'S CHICKEN IN SOOTHING LETTUCE WRAPS Calories 630 Total Fat 8g Fiber not available Ingredients: Spiced chicken, green onions, water chestnuts, black mushrooms, rice sticks, sesame oil, garlic, minced chicken sauce I don't believe rice sticks and sesame oil are Core.

On the chicken lettuce wraps, you can ask for them to leave the rice sticks off. That should really help the fat count, though I'm not sure how much. Hi, by the way!

The Chicken Lettuce wraps are a lot higher in points and fat than the Vegetarian TOFU Wraps. Same dish, same great taste just sub Tofu for Chicken. The rice sticks are not the problem in the Chicken dish, it is the OIL... Take a look at the NI for the TOFU Lettuce Wraps, Close to CORE?
TOFU Dish (entire thing) Calories 370 Protein 14g Carbs 71g Total Fat 3.5g Saturated Fat <1g
Ingredients: 5 spice bean curd, cilantro, green onions, lime, minced vegetable sauce, mint, red onions, rice sticks, sesame oil, water chestnuts.
