Ate a wonderful meal at Fuddrucker's this weekend: Ragin' Cajun Chicken sandwich without the bun or cheese, baked potato, side salad (no cheese). I counted a couple points for oil, as the onions were REALLY shiny. But it was good. It was healthy. And I ate it all.

I went to Fuddrucker's today and they had a low-carb meal which consisted of a chicken breast without the bun and a garden salad. I got the chicken with no cheese and asked for the salad with no cheese, croutons or dressing. They had olive oil and balsamic vinegar by the toppings so I used that for my dressing.
I was thoroughly enjoying the idea that I had a core meal at Fuddruckeres and my evil DH bought a brownie to share with me on the way out! I ate my half and instantly regretted it. It didn't taste as good as I remembered. It was way too sweet! And it cost me at least 6 points!
Anyway they do have something that can be core, though I suspect the chicken was grilled with butter or some kind of oil. I charged myself 2 points for that just in case.

I love the salads at Fudd's. You can get them without dressing, croutons, or cheese, and they have all of those great toppings for hamburgers that you can use to spice things up. (Yes, I'm from TX, and love that pico and jalepenos). It's one of my favorite salad places.
