Entrees: Petite Sirloin Top Sirloin Veggie burger (without cheese, mayo, and tortilla) "Killer Fish Sandwich" (without bun and rémoulade sauce) New Orleans Seafood (without Alfredo sauce and rice pilaf) Creole Catch (without rice pilaf) ??Grilled Chicken (with plain baked potato)--Never had this, so I do not know if they inject anything into their chicken or not, so you'll want to ask. Surf & Turf (without Alfredo sauce)
Side Items: salad bar steamed broccoli plain baked potato sateed mushrooms sugar snap peas (ask for it without the added fat) **They also have an Entree platter that is 3 or 4 side items that you can make Core by choosing the above side items.
They also have many Flex-friendly options, too.

How about the white chicken chili? Any sense of whether that would be core?

This is an old thread but I have been eating Ruby Tuesdays and eating the salad bar and the chicken chili. Chili is only 4 pts and the onion soup (the one on the back without cheese) is also very good and even less calories but no fiber.
