i'm thinking Lobster Tail and Crab leg no butter. Shrimps. Baked Potato. What else would be Core?

I would think that any of the broiled fish, if you asked them to leave the butter off, would also be core. Maybe see if they can't cook it in teriyaki sauce for a different flavor? Of course, I haven't been to Red Lobster in awhile, so I don't know the menu that well. The few times I've been there, I've left feeling that the only thing really worth eating was the cheese roll things, and those are definitely NOT core, so why bother? Sorry, that's not much help, but we have a lot of good fish places here in CA (if you have a Market Broiler near you, that's my favorite chain fish place) that are healthier and better than Red Lobster.

Last time I was there I got snow crab claws...definitely Core and really yummy. I don't know if they're in season now, though.

I was just there!
There was a separate menu called the Lighthouse that had grilled and broiled selections. You could get fresh veggies, baked potato with pico de gallo instead of butter and sour cream. I had grilled tilapia with a potato...it was even small...and fresh veggies...very good.

What about the surf and turf? You get the main lobster tail (core) and the 4-6oz. steak (core), with the steamed veggies as the side. That is all core stuff, and last time we were there they had a Fat Free rasp. vinegarette (sp) for the salad that comes with the meal. That's is what I was planning for Valentines day so if I am wrong...correct me before Monday!!! LOL!!!!

I normally get the broiled flounder, steamed veggies, and salad (no cheese, croutons, and dressing on the side). Hmmm...I think I might have to go there for lunch one day this week.

Here's what I got yesterday: Grilled rainbow trout (I asked for them to fix it without butter -- it was every bit as good); steamed vegetables (broccoli, yellow squash, and carrots -- very good); and a plain baked potato (surprisingly good that way). I had to add points for the biscuits (worth it) and the ranch dressing (I'm still trying to find an acceptable Core salad dressing). And also for the croutons I forgot to ask them to omit (apparently, it didn't dawn on me just to NOT eat them ) The grilled shrimp would have worked, and they'll broil or grill any of the fish they have that day. I hadn't been to Red Lobster in a long time, because their prices had gone up a little while the quality of their food and service had gone down significantly, but my meal yesterday was excellent. And the nice thing about WW is that I didn't have to deprive myself of those wonderful biscuits Though I should have limited myself to one Maybe next time I can

I ate there tonight and had the tilapia w/vegetables in a bag. Asked to be prepared with no butter. Had the salad with oil and vinegar. Should be all core.
