Diabetic Cook Books are great

I have found that many of the new (I haven't checked the old so won't vouch for them though they may be as good) Diabetic magazines and cook books are very core friendly

I just picked up Diabetic Living which is a special publication by Better Homes and gardens and it is awesome. Great recipes and Excellent articles
One in particular about Glycemic Index was great.

Yes- I would agree. I've been starting to pick a few up myself. I modify when needed.
