And I don't mean the Turnaround Cookbook!
I just got out the Versatile Vegetarian WW cookbook (copyright 2001). I'm not kidding that 90% or more of the recipes are either 100% Core, or they have just 1 ingt that's not Core (and can be omitted, substituted or just count WPA for that ingt). Beautiful! And if you're not vegetarian, you could figure out how to add meat to the recipes if you must!
I got my copy on eBay. I'd have to say it's a great resource for us Core folks. Check it out!

I have found that as a former Atkins-eer, most low carb recipes are quite easily adaptable to core as well, which is great because i have alot of low carb cookbooks!

Yes, this book is GREAT, plus look through some of the older McDougall Diet cookbooks. I just bought the McDougall Quick and Easy Cookbook and 98% of the recipes are Core - and easy! They are vegetarian, but meat can easily be added for meat eaters.
I really like the older "fat free" or "low fat" cookbooks. They are easily adaptable to Core.
