Fix It and Forget It is a wonderful crockpot cookbook, I use it weekly! Many good soup, beans and stew recipes. I find it pretty easy to make most of the recipes Core or count some WPA's. There is a new one out called Fix It and Forget It Light. I haven't seen it yet.

I love cooking with the crockpot, it makes life so simple. I haven't bought this book yet, but have looked at it. I might just have to pick it up next time I see it.

I just bought that book yesterday and I love it. I found out I paid too much for it, though. I got it at Barnes and Noble for $18.99 but saw somewhere on the WW posts that they're sold at Sam's for somewhere around $10 or so. Oh well.

I have the Fix it and forget it Lightly...I like it because it has ingredients that I would have on hand, not something you have to go to a gourmet store for..And I love my crockpot!!

I just bought this book today at Sam's for $10.88 but haven't tried it yet. If anyone tries anything that is particularly yummy, please tell!

I've made the chicken jambalaya recipe and it's wonderful! The only ingredient that's not Core is the turkey sausage, and I think that comes to 1 point per serving.

I recently purchased the "Fix it and Forget it Lightly". It is terrific. There are many core friendly recipes and others that can easily be made core with the substitution of a few ingredients. I have made about 10 of the recipes and my family of 5 has loved every one. I think this will become a staple cookbook for me.
