Crock Pot Chicken and Tomatoes
4 ( 5 ounce) chicken breasts (boneless and skinless) 1 small cabbage quartered 1 pound package of mini-carrots 2 (14-1/2 ounce large cans Mexican flavored stewed tomatoes Salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in a crock pot and cook on low for 6 to 7 hrs.
