2 Cups chopped, cooked chicken (good way to use the leftovers form the Crockpot Rotisserie recipe!) 3 Cans (14 ou ea) Chicken broth 2 Cups frozen mixed vegetables 3/4 Cup brown rice (not cooked) 1/2 Cup celery, sliced 1 Tbsp parsley flakes 2 tsp lemon & herb seasoning
Combine all ingredients in Crock Pot. Cook on low 6-8 hours or Hi 3 - 4 hours.
The rice does absorb a lot of the liquid, so if you may want to add a little water at the end to thin it .
