Herbed Turkey and Wild Rice Casserole 1/2 cup cooked, diced Canadian bacon 1 tblsp olive oil 1 lb turkey tenderloin or breast meat, cut into 3/4 inch pieces 1/2 c. chopped onion 1/2 c. sliced carrot 1/2 c. sliced celery 2 cans chicken broth (reduced sodium) 1 can cream of chicken soup (low-fat)* 1/4 tsp. dried marjoram leaves 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 1/4 cup uncooked wild rice, rinsed
Brown turkey in hot oil 3-5 minutes. Add onion, carrot and celery; cook and stir about 2 min. In slow cooker mix 1 can of broth and soup with wire whisk until smooth. Stir in remaining broth, marjoram and pepper. Stir in turkey mixture, bacon and wild rice.
Cover and cook on high setting for 30 min. Reduce heat to low setting. Cook 6 to 7 hrs or until rice is tender. 6 servings *add 1 point per serving for cream soup

I'm making this today for supper so it won't be a surprise recipe. Will report back later ;D
I'm eating this now and it's YUMMY! I would definitely make this again. I left out the bacon but it would be even better with it. I give this recipe 4 stars!
